Chew Tyng Yong is a chemistry teacher by profession and has been teaching in one of the top boy schools known for its creative and innovative ways to teaching in Singapore, The Chinese High School, for the past 5 years. The Chinese High School places a lot of emphases on projects work in students. Each year, Tyng Yong has mentored numerous projects by students in different categories, such as Invention, Innovation and Resource Development.
Tyng Yong was introduced to TRIZ through a workshop held in Singapore by Dr. Iouri Belski. He was fascinated with the tools in TRIZ and was determined to introduce them to his students. He was trained and certified by Dr. Iouri Belski and is now currently conducting courses in TRIZ for his students in his school.
