Teng Tat Chong has been working in the Design and Development environment since his graduation form National University of Singapore as Mechanical Engineer in 1989. He started as a Design Engineer for vehicular sub-system development, and subsequently became the Project Chief Engineer and Program Manager in a special vehicle development program. He has acquired good System Engineering knowledge during his duty of work, from both the technical and project management aspects in the product development cycle. Over the years of service to his organization, he has also helped the organization to drive some other “soft skills” initiative such as IP and creative thinking to the Engineers. He is now actively introducing TRIZ to his organization.
